Anthology of Qigong: Relaxation Therapy & Mind Expansion

These Sitting Qigong therapies can be performed sitting in a chair or lying down with eyes closed. Beginning with a basic introduction to diaphramatic breathing, and then continuing with a mind and body cleansing stress release therapy of about 18 minutes. The 3rd track then offers an experience of field cleansing and expanded awareness. The 4th track, often referred to as the meditation for those who can't meditate, combines muscle tension/release techniques to bring the mind back out of the rat-race & into the pleasures of the universe within your own mind & body.
